Leading Roles are delighted to announce the appointment of Antony Stinziani as the new Chief Information Officer for the City of Gold Coast.
The Leading Roles national executive search campaign attracted 146 professionals throughout Australia and abroad for the much coveted role.
Mark Ogston, Leading Roles Founder and Director, said Antony’s strong background in digital transformation leadership at all government levels made him the ideal candidate for the role.
“Antony is a highly experienced Chief Information Officer who has provided leadership in data innovation and cloud platforms to the ACT Government and two of Australia’s premier science agencies.”
“As the Chief Information Officer, Antony will lead the City of Gold Coast’s Business Innovation and Technology Services team in delivering Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services that meet the needs of community and council today, tomorrow and into the future,” Mark said.
This is the second senior appointment Leading Roles has assisted the City of Gold Coast. In August 2021, Leading Roles managed the executive recruitment process of the City of Gold Coast Chief Executive, resulting in the appointment of Tim Baker. In addition, Leading Roles are leading the executive search for the City of Gold Coast’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Procurement Officer, with the projects in late stages.
