As CEO, you will lead the Council through a critical period of renewal, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while driving an uplift in governance, asset management and workforce culture.

The Mayor and Council are seeking a CEO with a balance of strategic expertise and hands-on leadership and can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to lead cultural transformation within complex organisations.

Exceptional communication skills and a passion for community engagement will be key to building trust and driving collaboration across stakeholders, from residents to government agencies.
